Ten Broeck Wesley Chapel Psychiatric

Working for DeAngelis Diamond Health Care Group, we are nearing the completion of a brand new behavioral health facility in Wesley Chapel, FL. This 45,000 sq ft facility will house 26 patient rooms, a gym, support space, a kitchen and plenty of amenities to help patients with their recovery. This project is planned to be completed by June 2013.

Island Park Shopping Center Re-roofing Project

Our crews are nearing the finishing stages of this large 100,000 square foot re-roofing project. Working on this large project is Brandon Buckner as project manager and Alex Cruz as our foreman. They have done a great job in getting this project completed in such a quick time. Way to go!!!!!

We have just completed the re roof of the Leonardo Arms Condo on Fort Myers Beach. This project was a bit of a challenge in the beginning, but in the end it came out looking great. Here is a view from the roof looking out into the Gulf of Mexico, our guys sure do have a great view when they work.

Starting after the 1st of the year, we will begin the re-roofing project for Allegro Condominiums, in Naples, FL. This project is a massive project not just on square footage alone but on the height of the building as well. This building stands 14 stories high and has 22,700 square foot roof, which contain 64 skylights. This project will be challenge, but we are looking forward to it. We will be working closely with LCM Engineering and Allegro Condominium Association to make sure that this massive project will be completed on time.

Condo Buildings Re-Roofing Project

We are very excited to announce that we have been selected by Grande Cay Board of Directors and Suitor, Middleton, Cox & Associates to re-roof all 12 of their condo buildings. This large re-roof project will consist of tearing off the old tile roof and installing a much lighter and stronger stone coated steel tile. Each building will take about two weeks from start to finish.

Balfour Beatty Construction & Chico’s FAS Headquarters

We are proud to announce that we have been and is currently working with Balfour Beatty Construction on the Chico’s FAS Headquaters expansion. This new 146,000 sq ft office building will house the National Store Support Center, and will create 150 new jobs in the Fort Myers area. This state of the art office building has been registered for certification with the Floirda Green Building Coalition (FGBC).

Working on Scanlon Lexus

Working with Owen Ames Kimball, Advanced Roofing and Sheet Metal has begun the roofing phase on Scanlon Lexus of Fort Myers. This new facility will be a two story dealership offering a luxurious guest lounge, showroom and a 40 vehicle climate controlled service area. Construction on this new 77,000 sq ft dealership is expected to be completed by December 2012.

WINK TV:
We are just about finished with the complete re-roof on the Fort Myers Broadcasting building in downtown Fort Myers. Our roofers went above and beyond working nights to complete this project without any disruptions to the staff of Fort Myers Broadcasting. Way to go guys!

Lemon Bay High School
We are pleased to be working with Balfour Beatty Construction on Lemon Bay High School. We are excited to be working on the 60,000 square foot roof. The project contains both Metal and Flat roofs and will take at least 3 months to complete. With a short notice our staff has been working overtime to meet the high demands of this project. Keep up the hard work!

A new restaurant is coming soon to Fort Myers. Project Manager Eric McNichol is working closely with Buffalo Construction on a new Texas Roadhouse, which is slated to open later this year. The restaurant is located on Dani Dr in Fort Myers.

Project Manager Jason Bell and General Contractor DeAngelis Diamond have begun construction on a 14,000 square foot CarMax of Naples. CarMax will be located at the site of the old Saturn dealership on Airport Pulling Road, whichhas been vacant since 2009. We are excited to have been selected to work with DeAngelis Diamond and we cant wait to get roofing.
